A study to investigate the potential role of stroke prognostic scores in clinical practice

Dear colleague,

Thank you for your willingness to participate in this online survey.

This is an anonymous questionnaire which aims to explore the potential role of stroke prognostic scores in clinical practice. It consists of 6 real-life scenarios of patients with acute ischemic stroke and you are kindly required to provide your clinical estimate of the patients’ outcome. Please, use only your clinical judgment and not any prognostic scores.

Please, note that each participant has a unique collection of 6 patients.

On the first page of the survey, you will be asked to provide some information about your expertise in an anonymous way. All answers and information that you will enter will remain absolutely confidential. The whole survey will take only 2-3 minutes to complete.

We thank you for your time to participate in this academic study which we intend to use for research; it is greatly appreciated.
